What does the hiring process look like?

Learn about our hiring process, from kick-off call to job offer. Our experts curate a list of candidates, coordinate tests, and provide feedback.

How do we work?

As soon as the client confirms a new job opening, the recruitment team will be notified and a Recruiter will be assigned to handle it. The recruiter will be responsible for defining, together with the client, the details of the opening, from the Job Description to the must-haves and nice-to-haves that the perfect candidate should possess. This is done in an initial Kick-Off Call.
Once we have all the details, we’ll proceed to post the job on our Job Board to start receiving candidates for the open position. At this point, a Hunter will be assigned to screen the candidates that apply and to source for new candidates on our databases and search platforms. The Hunter will curate a list of interested candidates and send it over to the Recruiter, who will double-check that the profiles sent align with the job opening, and send the best ones to the client, sharing highlights for each candidate.
For the ones that are of interest to the client, the recruiter will coordinate the necessary tests, assessments and interviews with the candidates. Once a candidate is chosen for the position, the recruiter will craft a Job Offer and review it with both the candidate and the client before proceeding to sign it.

What to expect from us?

Before the Job Post

A recruiter will reach out to the client to coordinate a kick-off call, unless the Sales representative already did so beforehand.
If the client already has a Job Description at hand, the kick-off call would be used to make sure we have all the fine details to perform the best job search possible.
If the client did not have a Job Description, they would receive a form to fill out to give us an idea of what they are looking for, and together with the Recruiter assigned would craft a Job Description.

After the Job Post

The Recruiter will reach out once the post is done notifying the client about it and providing a time frame for when we would be sending the first batch of candidates to review. The next time the client hears from us would be with a list of curated and interested candidates.
From here on, it will be a back-and-forth with the client and candidates, coordinating the necessary tests and interviews until a candidate is finally chosen for the position.

Once the final candidate is selected

We will reach out with a draft of the Job Offer to be reviewed by the client, and once approved, we’ll send it to the candidate to review as well.

After the Job Offer is signed

Staffing

Once everything is in place and the candidate signs the Job Offer, we’ll set up the recurrent payment and take care of coordinating any additional tasks required, like equipment delivery, drug screening, psychological tests, etc.
Recruiting
After the candidate signs the Job Offer, we’ll reach out to you to finalize the payment, which will be due on the candidate's start date.

Months later

We’ll be reaching out to both, the candidate and the client after some time of working together to make sure everything is fine and to get feedback on the service provided. We strive to be the best in our industry and this feedback from both parties is extremely valuable to us.
