Traditional staffing firms will charge you a flat hourly rate that includes your contractor's comp and the firm's margin. Near's pricing model is different. We're fully transparent. You'll know exactly how much your candidate is getting paid and how much Near is getting paid. And you have full control over your contractor's compensation.
There is no upfront cost (you only pay if you hire someone), no minimum commitment, and no cancellation fees. You can cancel an engagement at any point.
We can provide an exact quote once we have the requirements for the role you're looking to fill. You don't pay us anything unless you make a hire.
Our pricing structure will vary according to the product you select: Staffing or Recruiting.

Staffing

We charge a monthly fee per candidate hired. This fee covers recruiting (there are no placement fees), payroll management, and ongoing support.

Recruiting

We charge a one-time fee per candidate hired that is collected upon the candidate's start date.
