How do I share/upload my resume?

Discover the steps to share your resume on Near's job board.

After completely filling out the registration page, the next screen will ask you to upload your updated resume. Follow the steps below to ensure that you upload your resume correctly.

Steps to Upload a Resume

  1. Attach your recent updated resume. Since most of our clients are based in the US, all resumes must be in English. Don’t forget to check the box Let Employers Find My Resume so that hiring managers may easily access your resume.



  2. If your resume is complete and properly organized, the page will automatically fill in your personal summary, work experience/history, and educational background after successfully attaching your resume. Make sure to check all the fields to ensure that all the information was captured correctly and edit any information as necessary.
  3. Enter your LinkedIn url, attach a profile photo (optional), and select the categories your portfolio is classified under.
  4. Enter your desired monthly salary (in USD) and your desired job title, and select the job titles you’re interested in plus your skills.
  5. Once completed, click Post. You will receive a confirmation message after successfully posting your resume.

Need to update your resume? No worries. You can always access your resume and edit it from My Account > My Resumes.
