If you require a more in-depth background check, we offer two additional options: SoftChecks and International Criminal Background Checks.
SoftChecks
SoftChecks involve running the candidate's profile through a 200+ country-wide database of media sources, court cases, sex offender registers, watchlists, and more to see if they are related to any risk-relevant information. This allows us to identify any red flags that may indicate potential risks to your team. SoftChecks typically take a maximum of 5 working days to complete, though they are often ready in just 2 days.
International Criminal Background Checks
For even more comprehensive background checks, we offer international criminal background checks. These involve a more thorough analysis of the candidate's background, including checks with international contacts to verify the information provided by the SoftChecks. International criminal background checks take a maximum of 10 working days to complete.
