Discover the next steps after signing a contract with Near, from creating a job description to sending the job offer.
Whenever a client needs to open and fill a new position, we’ll reach out asking for all the important information to better understand what they are looking for and coordinate a kick off call with one of our recruiters.
Kick-Off Call
One of our recruiters will work together with the client to define the exact position and profile that is needed to fill it. The recruiter will make sure we have all the information needed to find the perfect match.
After the kick off call, the recruiter will craft a Job Description and send it back to the client to review. Once approved, we can start hunting profiles for the newly open position.
Hunting
The sourcing or hunting team will receive the Job Description, information about the client’s company, and context about the specific profile they are looking for to start looking for potential candidates. The team will screen the candidates and send a curated list to the recruiter, who will assess these profiles and send the best fits to the client. After the client’s review, our team will help coordinate the interviews (or tests if required) with the approved candidates.
The recruitment team would be sending curated candidates in small batches for the client to review.
Testing and Interviewing
If the client requires the candidates to complete an assessment or some sort of tests, we’ll coordinate these with the candidates and share the results with the client. After the tests, the assigned recruiter will be the main point of contact for both parties, helping coordinate all remaining interviews and assisting them in the recruitment process.
Hiring a Contractor
After the interviews, if the client decides they want to hire one of the candidates, the recruiter will create a Job Offer taking into consideration every detail of the working relationship, and review it with both parties as many times as necessary to make sure everything is set for a proper working relationship.
After signing the contract, we’ll coordinate medical or psychological tests if required by the client, assist in getting the candidate specific equipment if needed, and set up the recurrent payment plan according to the candidate’s compensation and contract with the client.
What Happens Next?
Once the contractor starts working with the client, we’ll reach out periodically to make sure that everything is going fine, and help mediate any situation that might arise along the way if any.
